I was actually looking to go to a Black-Owned nail salon nearby but they required an appt and I was doing this on a whim.

In all transparency I don’t get my nails done regularly. I’m more like, ‘it’s a wedding or I’m going on vacay’ frequenter. I also do my natural nails which means it doesn’t always last as long so I appreciate techs that take their time.

This spot was close to my home so I decided to go. I was able to walk in and get a mani-pedi right away. It was also nice and clean and they even have bottled water. It was also the middle of the day on a Monday. I got the deluxe pedicure, which was great. You can pick your foot soak, Lavender, CBD.. etc.

Nicole was my tech and she’s great! It’s been a few days and surprisingly my nails still look good, and my cuticles are not peeling, which often happens when the techs are too aggressive.

It did get busy as I was leaving, the after work crowd, so I would suggest going in the middle of the day if you can. Enjoy!
